Bruce Wayne is the millionaire owner of Wayne Enterprises and the vigilante called Batman.
History
During his time as Batman, Bruce adopted two young men who became his crime fighting partner Robin: Dick Grayson, who eventually grew up and established his own identity as "Nightwing"; and Jason Todd, who was killed by the Joker, only to be secretly resurrected by Ra's al Ghul. Jason later returned to Gotham City as the vigilante called the "Red Hood".
