The Scorpion is an alternate version of Batman, who was inspired to create his vigilante identity by a scorpion rather than a bat.

History

Bruce Wayne was camping in a desert, trying to think of a disguise to strike terror into the hearts of criminals. He thought to himself that he must be a deadly and dangerous creature; when suddenly a scorpion skittered past his campfire and he took it as an omen.
