Bud and Lou are Harley Quinn's pet hyenas.

History

When Harley left the Joker after killing Jason Todd, Bud and Lou went with her. Years later, after Jack Napier's curing of his insanity (using medications the real Harley had secretly created), Bud and Lou went with Harley to get Jack from a girl pretending to their owner.
