Synopsis for Bulletman the Flying Detective: "Bulletman the Flying Detective Meets Death the Comedian!"
Lt. Kent is at Police HQ with Jim Barr and Susan Kent when he introduces them to “Red” Roberts, a famed comedian, who has been threatened after he lost “Skeeter” Burke a big radio contract, though Lt. Kent notes Burke is in a madhouse now. Red says he got out a month ago and he can't confirm it's him who's threatening him and they promise to look into it. Jim and Susan worry that Burke might have lost his grip again and drive off to meet Red at his house, Wise Acres, which he filled with all sorts of wacky traps and gadgets. They seem to see another car behind them and find that there's a well-placed mirror on the road. They find the knocker isn't answered and the doorbell unleashes a spring-loaded boxing glove out. Afterwards, the door just opens on its own. His butler, Graves, answers and Red says he's gotten a second threatening letter! He heads upstairs to get it for them as Susan finds that she's sat in a collapsible chair. They hear a shout from Red and try to run upstairs to find him, but the staircase turns flat and ramp-shaped, forcing the two to change into the Bullets to fire into justice and find that Roberts left through a panel shutting in the wall. They charge into the dark and a knife nearly flies into Bulletman's head. Bulletgirl isn't impressed when she finds what she thinks is a dead skeleton, but it grabs her by the throat when her back is turned and drags her away from Bulletman! Someone tries to fire a gun at Bulletman and he fires forward to stop him, but trips on a trick floorboard. He finds that Bulletgirl isn't behind him. He gets up and tries to find her, but falls into a trapdoor that tries to drop him into a well. He and Bulletgirl soon run into each other after Bulletgirl shoves her way out of a closet. They push a button and find his library and try to use the phone to call the cops, but find it just sprays water at them. A portrait on the wall suddenly speaks (from a speaker behind it,) telling them to leave. They find Graves' room is locked, hoping he can guide them through all this nonsense. They find a domino on the floor and head down to the game room downstairs, finding a laughing wall and a sign that reads “The Gang's All Here.” Bulletgirl tries playing a song of the same name and a panel opens, revealing Roberts has been bound and gagged in this secret room and forced to listen to applause and laughter. The Bullets find that there's a glass panel between them, but the culprit tells them that they'll be sealed in and they'll either suffocate or break the glass, which will release an acid. Instead they kick a hole low in the glass, letting the acid flow out on to the floor and float above it so they won't get melted, then crash into the room. They drag Roberts to safety and find that Graves the Butler is actually “Skeeter” Burke, in deep cover and threatens to shoot Roberts. Bulletman pretends to take the bullet (and that it hurt him) enough that it throws off Burke and lets Bulletman knocks the gun out of his hand, then punches him out. Later, Roberts thanks Lt. Kent for saving him and the Bullets for saving his life.

Synopsis for Bulletman the Flying Detective: "Bulletman the Flying Detective and Mr. Who?"
Shareholders of the Boacorida Copper Co are coming together to discuss how wartime has made them rich and they could all sell out, but he's holding on tight. Jim and Susan, stockholders themselves, listen in until an annoying shareholder named Peter Wayne, who is willing to pay top-dollar, but they politely refuse. Anthony Jones is another stockholder who has bought 100 shares in Boaconida. His doorbell goes off and he answers it to find a man with a ? on his chest, wearing a domino mask and a fedora who only refers to himself as Who (or more plainly, Mr. Who,) who then shoots him. He leaves a taunting note for the police and steals his Boaconida Stocks. Lt. Kent is confused and says he'll need the Bullets on this case. The Bullets fly around a little, but find him when Mr. Who arrives to shoot Susan for being a shareholder. Jim backs out and changes into Bulletman. He shoves Susan into Bulletman and escapes out into the night. They fly off to Boaconida to look into things further as Mr. Who rushes in and says confusing nonsense until he shoots the man in charge there too. Mr. Who soon heads to 14 Sutton Drive as the Bullets also figure out that the man there is the largest shareholder. However, when Mr. Who gets there, he finds the shareholder is named Mr. Watt, which upsets and confuses Mr. Who, who can't do his villainous comedy sketch. Mr. Who pulls a gun on him, but he's taken so long that the Bullets fly in through the window and Bulletgirl clubs him with a copy of a Who's Who and Bulletman says he doesn't know where he'll go, except out cold. They find that Mr. Who is Peter Wayne, who was trying to kill people for their shares. They fly back and try to tell Lt. Kent about it, who gets confused at all these Whos and Watts.
