Bummb'l is an advanced planet were all natives are born with the ability to swell their bodies into balloon like forms.
History
Bummb'l is the homeworld of the rejected L.E.G.I.O.N., R.E.C.R.U.I.T.S. named Jiv Reduu.
When the L.E.G.I.O.N. was formed, the planet held a competition to select a planetary representative to join. Jiv Reduu won this championship and enrolled in the L.E.G.I.O.N. [1]
