Buredunia is a country located in Prime Earth's eastern African region.
History
The country of Buredunia is a country located in Eastern Africa. By the 21st century, the tiny nation was embroiled in an all-out civil war. Though Matthew Bland, also known as the "Red Lion", had declared himself as President-for-life of the whole country, parts of the nation remained under rebel rule. Bland had gained worldwide infamy for massacring people.
When the Justice League Watchtower crashed in his nation near the border, he bribed some of the rebel leaders to push the refugees to the wreckage site. He then authorized LexCorp to retrieve the wreckage and also sent in his troops so the Justice League would be forced to defend them, in order to distract the world while he conquered a neighboring country with a shoreline, which he could use to dock his aircraft carrier.
