Burn was the newest member of the New Rogues, replacing Freddie Dinardo after he had been shot by Intergang.

History

His costume was made by Paul Gambi.

Libra sent him and the New Rogues after the Old Rogues. However, he posed little threat to Heat Wave, who noted that while he may have a heat gun, he was vulnerable to heat himself. In a showdown of flames, Burn eventually burned to a crisp.
