Burnley is a district of Gotham City north of the Sprang River bordered by Otisburg and Newtown to the north and the Bowery to the east.

In this continuity, Burnley and the surrounding area was claimed by Firefly and her gang when the city bridges blew and Gotham was declared a No Man's Land.[1] Firefly's sector in Burnley was marked on Jim Gordon's map of Gotham City.[2]
