Burnout is a Gen-Active teenage super-hero in the Wildstorm Universe. He is a member of Gen 13 with the power of pyrokinesis. His father is John Lynch, part of Team 7 and the Gen 12 experiment. Burnout was created by Jim Lee, Brandon Choi, and J. Scott Campbell, first appearing in the Image Comics publication Deathmate Black. (1994)
