Synopsis for "Buzzy"
Buzzy is out with Susie and her cousin, Carol, on a boating excursion. Carol worries since she can't swim, but Buzzy says they'll be fine. He immediately loses the boat to the tide when they eat on a tiny island and goes off to find the boat. He runs off to a nearby boathouse and tries to borrow a rowboat, but finds he can't fit it through the window, then steals a canoe instead... then realizes that he didn't still any oars. He paddles his way to the island and then paddles them back to land and tries to "return" the canoe, accidentally throwing it through the closed window... right in front of a cop! Susie and Carol return in their car to pick him up, but the Cop says he already did! He finds out this is the Judge's canoe and boathouse and the Judge rides up, honking on his horn like a gavel to hear about it. Susie "swears herself in" to him and then explains it all and how they didn't even get to enjoy their picnic lunch. They take a "recess" of 15 minutes as Buzzy whispers to the Cop, asking if the Judge will go easy on him, but the Cop points out he's not going easy on him, since he's already eaten three more sandwiches than him!

Wolfie finds his taxi has left with the skates inside and frantically goes to buy a new pair of roller skates, which he still needs shoes to put on over them. Wolfie finds he can't just walk across an asphalt street in socks and instead gets a boy in a sailor suit to help him by pushing him on a single roller skate across the street where he can get his shoes as needed. Dashing back, the kids are rejoicing that Buzzy won, but Wolfie insists that he still has the scarf and demands to know how Buzzy can prove he went to the house, only for Buzzy to show he tore up the old gate the scarf was on!

Synopsis for "Buzzy (4)"
Buzzy and Susie are at the beach with her annoying cousin Arnold, who is tossing sand at his back and then a bucket of ocean water on his back. Wolfie comes up to offer taking her away to ice cream, but Susie declines. Arnold says he's fine with free ice cream and is even willing to ignore Wolfie calling him "something the tide washed in" (if it gets him free ice cream.) Buzzy says he'll just buy ice cream for Arnold himself, essentially tricking him into going to get him some. Arnold demands an ice cream soda, but Buzzy says that that'll take too long and he should get a cone so he can just eat on the way. Arnold wolf-whistles at a girl, earning Buzzy a punch in the jaw from her boyfriend. He tries it again, but this girl is single and mildly pleased by the attention, only for Arnold to pretend Buzzy is his father, immediately repelling them. Buzzy says he's not getting any ice cream with how he's acting and Arnold suddenly runs off, saying he's got it coming to him now. He whispers something to some girls and they go after Buzzy and Arnold reveals he lied, saying he's a talent scout and lying about it otherwise to eschew their attention. When he agrees to do it if he can get out of this, Arnold threatens to throw ice water on anyone who bothers him. Wolfie tries to seduce Susie, who seems to take the idea that Buzzy's "popularity" might not be as better as Wolfie, a guy who can't get anyone else and therefore won't cause trouble about him running around.
Buzzy is despondent when he finds Susie isn't as interested in him and Arnold almost consoles him about it until they explain that the girls were chasing Buzzy and that he ran as hard as he could.
However, things aren't to last, since Wolfie tries to bribe Arnold with a hot dog. Arnold asks for the hot dog first, but rats him out to a cop when he returns, saying that food isn't allowed on the beach and Wolfie is foiled again
