History

Origin

A citizen of Zymia, Bynai Bruun blamed her husband's death during a Manhunter attack on the inaction of the Green Lantern Corps. After becoming a Lantern, Bruun forgave the Corps and also became the leader of a team that hunted and deactivated Manhunter androids.

Emerald Twilight

After Hal Jordan, as Parallax, annihilated the Green Lantern Corps, Bynai Bruun lost her ring and ended up stranded in space. She was captured along with many other Green Lanterns by a slave-trading ring until Guy Gardner found and freed them.
