Byrna Brilyant was the supervillian The Blue Snowman. She teamed-up with other ice-themed criminals to freeze an entire city.

History

They ended up fighting each other for control of the group until Mister Freeze suggested they compete for dominance by committing dastardly cold crimes. Killer Frost attempted to steal a diamond, only for Byrna to confront her. In their ensuring battle, they ended up freezing each other, allowing them to be easily apprehended and taken to prison.
