The Blue Snowman was a thief, a former member of the Ice Pack and an old foe of Wonder Woman.[1]
History
Blue Snowman attempted to steal a diamond, which brought her into conflict with Power Girl and Dr. Mid-Nite. She battled them, showing off her new costume and abilities, but was quickly defeated. When the alien Vartox appeared, Blue Snowman smelled his musk and fell in love with him, tearing her mask off, revealing to the heroes that the Blue Snowman was actually a woman. Vartox summoned an IX Negaspike, a monstrous alien creature that has the abilities to destroy planets, to do battle with in order to impress Power Girl, but Blue Snowman intervened to protect Vartox, and she was instantly swallowed by the monster.[1]
