C.C Haly was one of the owners of Haly's Circus.
History
Haly continued to uphold the circus' long-running relationship with the Court of Owls, trading its most talented acts to the Court to be trained to be Talons.
Haly was killed by one of the former assassins named Saiko; Haly bequeathed the circus to Dick Grayson.
Notes
- Mister Haly was created by Bill Finger and Bob Kane, first appearing in Detective Comics #38. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Mister Haly first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Nightwing (Volume 3) #2 by Kyle Higgins and Eddy Barrows.
