Cadava the Crumbler was, briefly but very destructively, an enemy of The Ray.
History
In 1940, from his dungeon laboratory under New York City, Cadava used his "Televo-Ray" to crumble several large buildings. Frantic throngs ran screaming from the horribly catastrophic destruction, and The Ray was drawn to the scene. He detected the Televo-Ray, and rode it back to Cadava's lair, where he destroyed the Televo-Ray machinery, and after some fighting, drowned Cadava and his henchman in the sewer.
