Caleb Green was a man whose family was destroyed by the shady business dealings of Robert Queen. After his son Oliver returned from being stranded on a desert island for five years, Caleb initiated a plan to kill him for revenge.
History
After the Arrow captured Deathstroke, Caleb attacked, attempting to burn down Queen's residence with the playboy and his friend Laurel Lance inside. However, the two managed to escape the building's collapse and watched Caleb himself die from getting caught in the wreckage.

- Enhanced Physiology: Thanks to his injection with the experimental Mirakuru serum, Caleb gained enhanced physical attributes.
- Accelerated Healing: The Mirakuru's most notable side effect was its ability to heal any injury, as rapid cellular regeneration would take place, causing the injury to recover almost instantly.

- Superhuman Durability: The Mirakuru also greatly enhanced Caleb's durability.
- Superhuman Speed: The Mirakuru also gave Caleb enhanced agility, dexterity and reflexes, allowing him to move much faster than an average human.
