Calythos is a fiery djinn who merged with Parasite after falling to Earth.

History

He used Parasite's absorption powers to take Wonder Woman's and Superman's strength so he could raise powerful volcanoes across several locations to bury them in lava, starting with Metropolis. He was defeated after absorbing Martian Manhunter's aversion to fire.
