Cameron Mahkent was the supervillian Icicle.

History

He teamed-up with other ice-themed criminals to freeze an entire city. They ended up fighting each other for control of the group until Mister Freeze suggested they compete for dominance by committing dastardly cold crimes. Icicle stole an ice hockey trophy, but was apprehended by the Super Friends before he could escape.
