Cameron Mahkent is the cryokinetic supervillain Icicle. Recently, he has been operating out of Kahndaq.
History
The son of the original Icicle, Cameron Mahkent took up his identity and career as a supervillain. However, his crimes were less serious than those of his father, and he once worked with the heroes of the Justice Society of America to save the world from the Ultra-Humanite.[1]
When Justice Society-affiliate Jade went missing, Icicle was one of several villains interrogated by her brother Obsidian, to no avail.[2] He was also present in the supervillains-only VIP section of the underworld hangout Club 539-0 when it was raided by Emilia Harcourt, an operative of Amanda Waller's,[3] and he was later incarcerated at Belle Reve penitentiary in a heat lamp-equipped cell. At the urging of Helena Wayne, a survivor from an alternate future in which he was a member of the Justice Society, the team offered him membership on the condition of his reformation. Despite skepticism from both himself and his new teammates, Mahkent accepted,[1] and the Justice Society arranged for him to be released into their custody.[4]
