Captain MacDonald is the captain of a city ferry that befriended Diana Prince while she was stationed at an intelligence office nearby.

History

MacDonald keeps up a checkers game with the lighthouse keeper Joe Devlin by whistle, and when Joe made an uncharacteristically bad move it turned out to be a signal that the lighthouse was under attack. The gangsters who were holding Joe at gunpoint were dealt with by Wonder Woman.
