Synopsis for "Sivana and an Ancestor's Enemy"
Freddy, as a descendant of Nathaniel Freeman, is invited to the dinner of a society of the descendants of revolutionary war heroes. This incenses Sivana, who makes to set a trap to rid the world of the World's Mightiest Boy, so he can focus all his attention on the "big red cheese". He hijacks the airwaves and broadcasts insults to Captain Marvel Jr., and Freddy decides to transform and pick up the gauntlet. Sivana challenges Jr. to prove his strength by smashing through a sheet of metal, which actually leads into the mouth of a time machine that whisks them both back to the days of 1780. Sivana plans to get Benedict Arnold to alter his attack plans so Nathaniel Freeman never escaped from New London, and thus Freddy Freeman could never be born.
Quickly figuring out what Sivana's planning after having his history lessons jogged by the attention at the banquet, Jr. flies to stop him. After managing to catch up and ride along on the trip back to the 40's, Jr. hands the mad scientist over to his archenemy.
