At the State Prison, Dr. Miller returns to see over the Warden’s transfer of the Acrobat from prison to a heavy security mental institution and have him blindfolded, since it’s a full moon that night. However, on the way out, he pulls off his blindfold and becomes the Acrobat once again, tearing free his cuffs and defeating the orderlies, then stealing their wagon. Freddy Freeman hears an announcement that the Acrobat has escaped and calls CAPTAIN MARVEL to become Captain Marvel, Jr. Junior flies there and finds a single ambulance that’s empty and that the Acrobat is at large. Four weeks later, Freddy sees a kid walking into traffic and calls CAPTAIN MARVEL to try to catch him and take him to the hospital, unable to stop him from being struck at first. The driver offers the boy $100 and his name and address so he can pay for medical service. However, when the car leaves, the boy suddenly starts shoving Captain Marvel, Jr. He returns to being Freddy as he finds the kid is actually running up to cars and doing backflips, making them think he was struck by cars so he can bilk their drivers. Junior returns to being Freddy so he can tail the boy and finds he’s working with the Acrobat to raise enough money for him to leave the country. Freddy accidentally knocks himself out when a board hits his head and the Acrobat captures him. He sends the boy to work the same way in front of rich man Van Sneed’s garage and leave Freddy bound and gagged behind the car to be hit by it. Luckily, Freddy is able to lift his head sharply and slip his gag on Van Sneed’s exhaust pipe and calls CAPTAIN MARVEL to become Junior once more. The Boy runs up and accuses Van Sneed of hitting Freddy with his car, but Junior emerges and tells Van Sneed to hold on to the Boy as he tackles the Acrobat by his ankles, then punches him out. Junior takes the Acrobat to the State Asylum and the Boy to a reform school. Junior realizes this was good timing, it was going to be a full moon tomorrow!

Synopsis for Capt. Marvel, Jr.: "Capt. Marvel, Jr. and the Magic Beanstalk"
Freddy Freeman is visiting his friend Farmer Jones, who has come to the city to find come-ups at the City Dump Grounds for cheap farm equipment, so he’ll be there all week. A young friend nicknamed Peanuts, finds a Tommy gun and fires it by accident, making him call CAPTAIN MARVEL to become Captain Marvel, Jr. and blocks the fire from hitting Jones, but one of them ricochets off a wall into Peanuts. They fly him to the hospital where Dr. Biller says he’ll need a few weeks in the country to “build him up,” which Freddy says that his parents can’t afford. Farmer Jones offers he stay out at his farm, since he’ll be in town all week anyways and Freddy offers to do any favors he needs. Jones asks him if he can take his cow to village and sell it for him.
A few days later, Freddy and Peanuts are out at Farmer Jones’ Farm and Peanuts boldly offers to do it alone and Freddy assumes that no one in town is going to bilk a child for the cow, since they all know Farmer Jones anyways. However, as he comes near the village, a mustachioed man offers to trade the cow for “magic beans” and he returns to the farm with them. Freddy throws them out the window and says that they pulled a prank on him and he’ll have to find some way to pay off Farmer Jones for his cow, but decides it’s late at night for that. The next morning, there’s a Giant Beanstalk outside and Peanuts climbs it to get to the top and finds a Hen that Lays the Golden Eggs. He soon hears cannon salvos, but realizes they’re the steps of the Giant, who smells the blood of a human. Peanuts tries to run past him, but slips and falls in a pot of water. The Giant doesn’t notice and starts to heat the water for food. Within, Peanuts finds he can’t lift the lid. Freddy climbs up to find Peanuts and calls CAPTAIN MARVEL to become Captain Marvel, Jr. to try to find him in the Giant’s House. Junior doesn’t take being picked up and threatened to be eaten easily and punches the Giant in the nose and then jabs him in the stomach with a fork, making him dump over the pot with Peanuts, who has found a golden egg inside it. Captain Marvel, Jr. solves the problem by taking the beanstalk by the root and just ripping it up entirely, then throws it up into the sky where it won’t be a problem to the surface world anymore. They offer that they do no longer have a cow, but they did get a golden egg from it all!

Synopsis for Captain Marvel, Jr.: "Captain Marvel, Jr. and the 'Flying Men'"
Freddy Freeman is peddling the Daily Bulletin, which is warning of gigantic raptors flying over New York City. However, people soon start noticing they aren’t giant eagles or vultures as described… but winged people who dress like Native Americans. A businessman tries to offer to buy one of their wings off of them, but the winged man shoves him away and kidnaps a child. The businessman is worried that they may not be artificial wings. Freddy sees the winged man with the boy and calls CAPTAIN MARVEL to become Captain Marvel, Jr. and starts fighting them off. A pilot is dispatched to try to stop the Winged Men, only for them to seize the plane and tear it in half, dropping the parachute-less pilot to the ground. Junior is forced to rescue him and the Winged Men escape. He manages to find one of them lagging behind in the thick cloud cover and drags him to a building’s roof to talk to him. He finds that he speaks something similar to Ancient Mayan and that he said he’s from “the South” but not clear about where he means specifically. Junior punches him when he gets tight-lipped and the Winged Man reveals that they just steal children to enslave them in the Amazon Jungle that no one has ever found before. Junior soon forces him to lead them to his village and they try to ambush him, but find the World’s Mightiest Boy is stronger than their iron spears and their mighty strength and soon retreat. Junior sneaks around to find they are run by one King Krullo, who orders the children to work building something. Junior soon attacks the taskmasters, but figures that they can just attack the children, so he retreats himself and returns to being Freddy. They soon capture Freddy and throw him in with the others, but finds he can’t wriggle free. Sometime in the night, a winged girl, Dveena, appears and frees him, being a Winged Abolitionist and that the policy is the worst new invention of King Krullo. Freddy calls CAPTAIN MARVEL when the guards return and frees the children, then goes back to help Dveena, who is going to have her wings clipped off. Junior punches out the others and routes the Winged Men, then defeats Krullo by punching him out. He soon installs Dveena as a merciful Queen and builds a giant green wagon to fly all the children back to America in.
