Synopsis for Captain Marvel: "Captain Marvel Battles Double Doom"
Billy Batson is looking over some paperwork at Station WHIZ when Doctor Sivana just walks in to his office and says that he’s got a new scheme to rule the planet! Billy goes to shout SHAZAM, but Sivana blasts him with a Mute Ray that paralyzes the vocal cords! He plans on using it to threaten the world unless he’s named King of Earth. Luckily, when Billy lunges at him and smacks the device out of his hand, breaking it and grabbing Sivana in an armbar, he just calls SHAZAM and summons Captain Marvel. Captain Marvel is stunned to find that he’s almost twice as tall, but also states that everything else has shrunk on Earth. Over the radio, they hear King Kull laughing and Captain Marvel explains, as usual, that King Kull is the leader and last survivor of a race of advanced, but violent Submen who were wiped out by the human race during the Stone Age. Thus, he wants to destroy the Earth. In low Earth orbit, King Kull laughs wildly at using his Dwindle Ray to shrink the Earth, which he announce he’ll crush once it’s small enough under his boot. Sivana is furious to learn that he’s willing to destroy his planet, but Captain Marvel wants to arrest him first.
Sivana runs through his legs and Captain Marvel breaks out to stop from breaking the building further and takes off into space. Sivana is initially supportive of King Kull, up until he remembers that he wants to rule the Earth. Sivana leaves the Earth in his own blue Rocket-Ship, finding he returns to normal size once he leaves Earth. Captain Marvel soon finds King Kull was hiding in a small asteroid he’d overlooked before. When he closes in, King Kull “slips into subspace,” which teleports him to the other side of the Earth. Sivana confronts King Kull and demands he stop the Dwindle Ray. King Kull presumes he’s “one of Earth’s good scientists,” which infuriates Sivana to be called good. King Kull and Sivana begin attacking each other until they fall on to the Earth, crashing both their ships and fighting by throwing things at one another until Captain Marvel punches them both out. While the two keep declaring themselves more evil than the other, Captain Marvel suggests that they be put in different prisons. Later, Billy signs off saying the Earth returned to the normal size and will be safer with those two arrested.

Synopsis for Captain Marvel: "Captain Marvel and The Famine Foiler"
Billy Batson has made the poor choice of going riding with Doc Quartz, local pharmacist and self-styled genius inventor, since he prefers to off-road in his Wonder Car, which is a two-seater with treads. He shows it can climb a mountain easily, though it starts making Billy worried about how precariously it does. Doc Quartz parks in a new part of the mountain that couldn’t be reached before and offers they have lunch there. However, once they set down a blanket and get to chowing down, someone fires a gun at Doc Quartz, shattering his teacup. Billy calls SHAZAM to summon Captain Marvel, who flies over to find it’s two starving hillbillies, Lem and his brother. They reveal they’re starving due to living in a barren valley with not a single berry or animal to eat. Doc Quartz decides to invent something to solve the issue and builds the Little Dandy Portable Famine Foiler, a meat grinder that turns rocks into sausages! However, they accidentally come out a mile at a time and the lever gets stuck. Captain Marvel fixes it and tries the first sausage, but says it still tastes like ground stone. Doc Quartz fixes his machine a bit more and it soon works perfectly. Doc Quartz asks Captain Marvel to let him stay there a few days to keep it running fine.
After some time, Captain Marvel returns and finds everyone is full, but the food doesn’t seem to cure hunger and they’ve resorted to trying to lynch Doc Quartz instead of asking him to fix it. He admits that it seems his Rock Sausages don’t actually have any nutrients or nourishment to them and Captain Marvel likens it to eating bark or grass. Captain Marvel finds that a berry bush is now plentiful with berries and urges the townspeople there and discovers that the Rock Sausages are a great food… for plants and are a powerful fertilizer! Using it, they figure out that this will make their valley fertile again and they line up with buckets to get the Rock Sausage that will let them never go hungry again.

Synopsis for Captain Marvel: "Captain Marvel Battles the Mysterious Invisible Monster"

The skipper and sailor try to shoot at the beast with a harpoon, but find that the beast seems to be… invisible! Billy Batson and Mr. Morris are at a nearby beach for the weekend. Mr. Morris collects shells until Billy spots the ship in the distance being rammed by the invisible beast and calls SHAZAM to summon Captain Marvel. Captain Marvel shoves the boat upright again and Captain Marvel is able to sense the very large creature and finds it has some form of bellowing blowhole. However, Captain Marvel finds it hard to fight when he can’t see it and gets stuck in a fog for a while. Returning to the shore, Mr. Morris, an avid ichthyologist and asks what it’s shaped like. Captain Marvel points out that it’s invisible and Mr. Morris hopes he can learn more about it. The beast makes a loud HRONK and starts attacking people on the beach, but an amazed Mr. Morris decides to swim directly towards the deadly animal. Captain Marvel manages to save him and finds that the trail of the beast is gone due to numerous seagulls and dolphins. Once at his cabin, Mr. Morris is able to replicate what the beast looks like after having felt it intricately, showing it looks something like a sea dragon. Captain Marvel finds a sailor painting his boat and borrows his sprayer and soon finds that the “monster” is actually an old Viking longship and the noises it "makes" are wind flowing through its strange figurehead. Mr. Morris is furious that he was completely wrong. However, he asks why it was invisible and Captain Marvel shows that there is an inscription on the mast that says a sorcerer did it. Later, Billy signs off saying they buried the ship and the Vikings who died on it can now rest in peace.
