Synopsis for Captain Marvel: "Captain Marvel Battles the Red Crusher"
Billy Batson, Boy Broadcaster, is reporting on the Red Crusher, a terrifying North Korean General who is fighting UN forces in the “Yangpo” Sector. Once he’s done, he calls SHAZAM to have Captain Marvel look into things on the war-front. He soon finds that there are large, round, spiked bombs that Captain Marvel is able to fly through and kicks them away. The Red Crusher himself tries to unleash a long-spiked meteor hammer to attack Captain Marvel with himself, but it shatters against the Stamina of Atlas and Captain Marvel headbutts him in the stomach, running ahead to Giant Swing him into his own men, only stopping to save a wounded UN soldier. The next day, the Red Crusher’s Spiked Balls return and finds that they’re fired from a giant tank vehicle, but before Captain Marvel can properly dismantle it, they fire another Spiked Ball, which Captain Marvel has to fly off to topple out of the air. Captain Marvel tries to follow the path of the tank when he returns, but finds it seems to drive directly into a river, not knowing that it’s actually an underwater passage leading to a secret base in the mountain. However, he figures that out pretty quickly when he finds a big air vent leading into their secret base and calls SHAZAM to return Billy to sneak into it.
Billy finds this is a large factory where the Spiked Balls are being made, but is knocked out by a North Korean guard with a rifle and wakes up, as usual, bound, gagged and tied to a large North Korean Spiked Ball as the Red Crusher mocks that he’s going to use these via remote control to destroy UN forces with Billy tied to one. Billy manages to slip his gag on some tangled barbed wire and calls SHAZAM to summon Captain Marvel, who digs a giant trench to swallow up the bombs and punches the Red Crusher out, arresting him. The UN forces salute Captain Marvel as he leaves for doing his part and later, Billy signs off saying that the Red Crusher won’t make news due to meeting the Marvel Crusher!

Pudgy reasons he’ll stay over (at Captain Kid’s house) and not horribly injure himself. Instead, Captain Kid decides to skate outside in the rain, immediately slipping into oncoming traffic that manages to drive over him without touching him. The stunned motorist runs off to get an ambulance and they come to pick up Captain Kid, but due to him wearing roller-skates in rainy weather, they instead decide to have him committed and pack him into the ambulance. Synopsis for Captain Marvel: "The Awful Menace of the Spider's Doom"
Billy Batson leaves Haven House to find there’s giant spiderwebs outside his house, forcing him to call SHAZAM to summon Captain Marvel who quickly finds that Ma and Pa Potter and Dexter Knox are also trapped in the webs, freeing them. He starts tearing up webs throughout the Big Apple until Billy needs to broadcast about reports of probably a giant spider hiding out somewhere. Later, while heading home, Billy finds the giant spider and calls SHAZAM to summon Captain Marvel, who quickly finds it’s a mechanical monster before it sprays him in the face with its powerful artificial webbing. Captain Marvel finds it’s as tough as steel cables, but the Strength of Hercules is a lot stronger than steel, finding the Mechanical Spider has escaped. Captain Marvel returns Billy to wait for it to return, but when it does, it grabs Billy from behind and webs him up, covering his mouth and climbing into a large green blimp.
Aboard, he is confronted by Lem Legree, a madman who wants to own slaves like his ancestors did and is going to keep kidnapping people with a Giant Mechanical Spider until he can achieve that dream, finding he’s captured most of the Haven House and local neighborhood already. Lem starts forcing his new slaves to work at mining around his mountain compound in a secluded valley. Lem decides to have the Spider kill Billy to serve as an example to the others not to rebel against him, but once it cracks the webbing over his mouth, he calls SHAZAM and Captain Marvel destroys it in one punch and then punches Lem into a cliffside, freeing everyone. Pa Potter is happy to work hard at Haven House, but willingly!

Synopsis for Captain Marvel: "Captain Marvel Fights Captain Marvel!"
Billy heckles a street corner magician for pulling the old rabbit-out-of-the-hat trick, but the magician then does one better by using real magic to make thousands of rabbits leap out of his hat! Captain Marvel only stops the stampede by putting the magic hat on his own head, and chasing all the rabbits out into the country. While he's busy with that, the magician uses his powers to bring Marvel's reflection to life, Niatpac Levram. Levram goes on a destructive rampage at the magician's behest, and proves the equal of his source in strength and power when Marvel tries to confront them. The hat's knocked off in their course of their scuffle, causing another rabbit stampede, but this time Marvel follows the villains. They go to a secret school for evil wizards, where the magician's promoted from student to master for his accomplishments. He changes the spying Billy into a monster, but this makes his gag burst so he can transform, knock out the magician, and use his wand to both switch off the hat and put Levram back in the mirror.
