Synopsis for "The Monster Society of Evil, Chapter 15: The Vicious Volcano"

Captain Marvel follows Mr. Mind's trail to the castle of Sir William Cherrypit, who is eager to help the hero. Even after searching every room in the castle they fail to find anything suspicous. While turning in for the night, Billy hears someone turn on the castle's short wave radio and peers through a keyhole. He sees it's a bat monster reporting Mr. Mind's newest plan to Berlin. After being punched senseless by the monster, Billy goes to get Cherrypit to help him find them. He soon reveals that the bat monster is really Jeepers, Cherrypit's butler, when Jeepers lets his tail be seen.

Billy is knocked out by Jeepers and taken to the castle's cellar, where he finds out that while Cherrypit's servants have been thinking they were manufacturing machine parts for the British war effort, they were really making the parts for a giant drill Mr. Mind hopes to use to disturb a lava flow to create a destructive volcano. Billy manages to transform, but as Mr. Mind and Jeepers make their escape, the drill causes a nearby mountain to erupt as a volcano after all. To keep it from erupting, Captain Marvel sits his invincible behind on the volcano, but knows even this can't stop it forever...
