Synopsis for "Sivana's Fortune Teller"

Taking a day off from evil to visit a carnival, Dr. Sivana runs into Boloni, a fortune teller who always tells the wrong future. Sivana gets a wicked idea to use this man in his latest plot. The fortune teller writes to Billy to give him a reading, and when his prediction comes true that a stroke of lightning will save his life (changing to Cap just before Sivana, reflected in the crystal ball, can shoot him), he starts believing in the fortune teller's precognitive powers and wants to hear more.

The predictions continue to come true when Beautia Sivana plays hard-to-get under her father's direction, to make herself stand out among the hero's many female admirers. Cap's paralyzed with fear when Boloni predicts he'll murder someone in the next 24 hours, which Sivana stages to convince the police to lock up the hero. When Cap reads the paper about a body being stolen from the morgue, he realizes he's been framed, busts out of jail and captures Boloni and Sivana.
