Walter Walker, bank president, has been pushing himself too hard at work, but ignores the advice of his shrink and keeps pushing himself. He cracks under the strain and develops a diabolical alter ego, Reklaw, who goes on a thieving spree. Cap recognizes Reklaw as Walker, and gets the story from his shrink. Cap easily captures Reklaw, and in order to dispel the evil personality, they do a bit of theater pretending Reklaw's been sentenced to die in the electric chair.
