Caretaker is a pirate that found himself the adversary of Deathstroke.

History

Having created Jenny Blitz, Caretaker would stop at nothing to have her returned to him, even getting his hands on Deathstroke's own daughter Rose Wilson.

Deathstroke invaded Caretaker's ship, after having been surrounded by his foe, and, together with Jenny, killed Caretaker and blew up his ship, rescuing Rose from her captors.
