History
Carla knew Annika Kosolov well enough to notice her disappearance and understand what information she'd been privy to which got her killed, but mistakenly thought Annika was Russian rather than Estonian.
The following day, Carla was present at Mayor Don Mitchell, Jr.'s funeral service accompanying Carmine Falcone and Oswald Cobblepot.
