Carla Viti

Carla Falcone Viti is the sister of Gotham City crimelord Carmine Falcone. She is the widow of Felice Viti, a Chicago gangster, and ruled his family after his death. She is the mother of Johnny Viti and Lucia Viti, and was an enemy of Batman early in his career, during The Long Halloween and Dark Victory.

Carla Viti was created by Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale, first appearing in Batman: The Long Halloween #1 (1996).
