Carmine "The Roman" Falcone is the don of the Falcone Crime Family. During Batman's early career, Carmine was a rival to Penguin and Black Mask. After losing a gang war to the former, Carmine was prosecuted by DA Harvey Dent and sent to Blackgate Penitentiary.

• This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the Arkhamverse video game series and is an adaptation of Carmine Falcone. The original character was created by Frank Miller and Dave Mazzucchelli and first appeared in Batman #404.
• Although he was first mentioned in Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arkham Origins, Carmine Falcone didn't make his first appearance until the mobile game Batman: Arkham Underworld, in which he was voiced by Jon Polito. In Batman: Arkham Shadow, he was voiced by Darin De Paul.
