Carrie Kelley is a female Robin appearing in the alternate universe of The Dark Knight Returns; despite popularity she has never appeared in mainstream continuity. During The Dark Knight Strikes Again she becomes Catgirl. Her parents, although living, are aging stoner hippies who do not pay a lot of attention to their daughter. She is the successor to Jason Todd. Carrie Kelley was created by Frank Miller, first appearing in Batman: The Dark Knight Returns #1. (1986)
