Carrie Kelley is a fan of Batman who dressed up as Robin.
History
Carrie Kelley was walking with her friends Matt and Nick and telling stories about how they saw Batman. Her version dealt with Batman as an older man, whose sidekick, Robin, who looked very much like Carrie herself. Her story was popular with her friends, but far from reality.[2]
When a local tabloid reports that Batman has "fired" Robin, Gotham is swarmed by dozens of overeager, undertrained teenagers seeking the mantle for themselves, like Carrie, which proves especially troublesome, as her family's political connections make it difficult for the police to detain her; worse, she disturbs the robber's drop-off call to Batman, aggravating the hostage situation.[1]

Notes
- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the DC Animated Universe and is an adaptation of Carrie Kelley. The original character was created by Frank Miller and first appeared in Batman: The Dark Knight Returns #1.
- Carrie was voiced by Anndi McAfee.
- In Carrie's imagination, Robin, Batman's trusted sidekick, was actually a girl that bears her likeness.
Trivia
- The depicted subject bears the likeness of Carrie Kelley from the DC Comics; however, the DCAU character was never spoken, and closed captions only refer to her as "Carrie". The addition of the surname "Kelley" in this article is conjecture based on the character's likeness. In Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Returns, Carrie Kelley became Robin after helping Batman out. In the sequel, The Dark Knight Strikes Again, she changed her name to Catgirl.
