History

While researching in Death Valley, Cassandra Sharp was caught in a sandstorm. She was taken away by agents of Mento and her body was tainted with promethium. She became a super-villainess, and an enemy of both Blue Beetle and the Teen Titans. Scirocco teamed up with nearly every female supervillain under the command of Circe. Scirocco and the rest of the Hybrid soon turned to fighting for Roulette in her House. They didn't survive the brutal arena.
