Balance Manipulation

Also referred to as "Vertigo Effect", Balance Manipulation is a term used to describe the ability to project an overwhelming feeling of disorientation against one's enemies, usually compared to the feeling of vertigo.

This does not include characters who could otherwise unbalance their enemies with some form of physical contact.
