Hand-to-Hand Combat (Basic)

Sometimes compared with "advanced hand-to-hand combat", basic Hand-to-Hand Combat is a term used to describe the ability of some characters to fight in melee combat. It usually applies to police officers, prisoners, low level street heroes, gang members, basic soldiers and low level vigilantes.
