Natural Lower Intellect

Natural Lower Intellect includes characters who possess a lower form of intelligence from birth.

This also includes Bizarros, who, due to their backwards way of thinking, revere significant stupidity as their form of genius.

This does not include characters who have lost a higher intellect they would otherwise have due to some external factor.
