Power Absorption

Sometimes called "Power Theft", Power Absorption is a term used to describe the ability of some characters to steal the powers and abilities from other characters. Stealing their powers may result in some uncalled for effects such as body changes, power fluctuation, knowledge assumption and more. More often than not the abilities stolen will be temporarily shut down or weakened while adding more abilities on top of those stolen will result in stronger uses of the abilities.

Some examples of this include:

• Parasite had stolen a large number of abilities without draining them because of this he grew swollen and large.
• Stealing a Martian's physiology sometimes results in the user not understanding how their abilities work; they lose function of their physical bodies, cannot control their telepathy and it often drives them temporarily insane.
