Catwoman (Volume 2) with a cover date of December, 1994.
Synopsis for "Raining Cats"
On the orders of her new federal "employers," Catwoman journeys to the Mediterranean island of Daumount to steal the Swan Crown from Prince Willem Kapreallian, the head of a deposed royal family who spends his days squandering his remaining fortune.
She circumvents the prince's security measures easily enough, but a complication arises when collectors from the Corsican mafia - who the prince is in debt to - also invade.
While the mobsters distract Prince Willem and his bodyguards, Catwoman hurries to steal the crown, and inadvertently trips an alarm.
The prince finishes off the mobsters, killing them, and rushes to protect the crown. He finds Catwoman and engages her in a swordfight. Catwoman prevails in the end, and she escapes with the crown on a stealth jet sent by Galiant's agency.
The prince is left crushed by the loss of his prized crown, but his guards assure him that they will remain loyal to him no matter what. Heartened, the prince swears that he will track his crown - and Catwoman - down by any means.
