Synopsis for "Of Cats and Dogs, Part Two"

Dragos Ibanescu is furious. He has lost another girl, and there are kids going around, asking about him. His man doesn't know enough, so he orders him to find who runs the Alleytown Kids and bring them to him.

Guillermo Duran loves tormenting dogs. He hated leaving his island home, but now he feels working with Ibanescu, fighting dogs for him, has perfected him as much as they have perfected the dogs he fights. Guillermo prepares for his fight, thinking about how it's no longer about paying off his debt.

Catwoman and Holly Robinson intercept Ibanescu's men in Alleytown. They are going after the Alleytown Kids for answers, but Catwoman fights them off and Holly gets the children to safety. The men insist they're after the same man, the person killing Ibanescu's girls. Catwoman doesn't believe them. She says if they're on the same side, he'll tell her all about that night's dog fight.

Catwoman is lurking in the rafters, assessing the scene, when Curt Harris recognizes Slam Bradley in the audience. Another human fighter goes in and loses to the dog before it is Guillermo's turn.

Ibanescu orders his man to bring Slam to him, and Slam has to fight off Ibanescu's men.

When Guillermo shifts his weight, Catwoman knows she has found the killer. Guillermo says he is paying Ibanescu back for the abuse he has suffered since leaving his home, but Catwoman dismisses his claim to the higher ground. He killed those girls. She knocks him to the ground and wonders why he did it.

Ibanescu says he can answer that. He believes Guillermo was seeking revenge for the enormous sum he owed Ibanescu after killing his dog Vlad on accident. He has had Guillermo fighting three dogs a week to make up his debt because the rich customers love him, but that wasn't a good enough solution. He shoots Guillermo in the leg, and the dogs attack him.

Catwoman protests, but Ibanescu warns her that he only needs to shoot her for the dogs to attack her. He orders her to have Slam let Harris go, but she doesn't. Instead she hits him with her whip, drawing blood. She advises him to stay where he is until the GCPD come or else his dogs will turn on him.

Slam tells Catwoman that the cops are probably already on their way, and he leaves Harris to be arrested with his boss.

Holly calls Selina to tell her that Virna died. Selina wonders what will become of Ibanescu's girls when they're deported to Romania, but she knows this is the closest thing they can get to a happy ending of another East End story.
