Synopsis for "Trickle Down Theory"

Dexter Garcia takes a boy, Brendon Skinner, from the streets and ushers him along. Holly Robinson tells Selina Kyle how Dexter is using several boys to smuggle drugs on planes by putting a pound of cocaine or heroine in the stomach. Brendon has a bag rupture and ends up in the hospital.

Selina spends the next week following Dexter. She runs into Slam Bradley who appears to be monitoring him as well. Slam tells him Xavier Dylan is calling the shots, even donating to the Mayor's campaign. Slam questions whether Selina has really gone straight and Selina takes off upset.

Selina roughs up Dexter and tells him to go straight.

The next few days are quiet on the East End and Selina is happy that her threats worked on Dexter. Slam pulls up and tells her they've got a problem. Dexter kidnapped Xavier and was going to turn him in but leaves him chained to a bed for several days before the cops find him.

Dexter is being questioned by Sergeant MacNaulty in an interrogation room where he tells how Selina threatened him and the thought about going straight. MacNaulty reveals he's questioning Dexter not upon behalf of the GCPD but instead Xavier Dylan. Xavier says to dispose of him.
