Cecil "Spike" Wilson is an adorable baby who has frequent misadventures with his playmate Sugar Plumm, who gave him the nickname "Doll-Boy".

Although this character was originally introduced during DC's Earth-One era of publication, their existence following the events of the 1985–86 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact. However, some elements of the character's Pre-Crisis history may have been altered or removed for Post-Crisis New Earth continuity, and should be considered apocryphal.
In Ambush Bug: Year None Vol 1 1, 'Mazing Man is seen in death row for murdering Spike. However, due to the absurd and humorous nature of the series, it's canonicality is up for debate.
