Cecile Horton (née O'Malley) was the defense attorney for the Flash during his trial for the murder of Professor Zoom.

Darryl Frye knew her father from their days at the police academy.

She was the law partner of Peter Farley, Barry Allen's roommate from college.


Abilities


  • Although this character was originally introduced during DC's Earth-One era of publication, their existence following the events of the 1985–1986 miniseries Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact. However, some elements of the character's Pre-Crisis history may have been altered or removed for Post-Crisis New Earth continuity, and should be considered apocryphal.
