Cedella's Skull was a powerful voodoo artefact used by Papa Midnite.
History
It was the skull of his sister, who he had killed and condemned to Hell. He used it to channel information from her to him, and it was the source of all his power. Cedella eventually broke free and forced her brother to destroy the skull.
