Celia Windward is Jet, an electromagnetically-powered metahuman member of the new Global Guardians.
History
One of the chosen of the Guardians of the Universe,[1] Jet's spirit was consigned to the Well of Souls on the island of Themyscira after her death, from where it was sought by Amanda Waller's Amazo android Paradise Lost for its metahuman energies.[2]
Restored to life, Jet served with a splinter faction of the super-team the Global Guardians that worked outside of international law and operated from the other-dimensional Mirror World. Jet was warned by Red Star of Intercorps, another group of schismatic Global Guardians, that Waller had sent another Amazo android to hunt down and feed on the powers of the team's current and former members, and came to the defense of Eurocorps against it in Berlin. There, she was seized by the Amazo, which began the process of draining her power until its arm was severed by Thunderlord of the "official" Global Guardians, who, with the android seemingly defeated, attempted to arrest the renegade Guardians. All three groups were then teleported aboard the satellite headquarters of Intercorps who proposed that the teams reunite under their banner, but fell victim to the Amazo, which, recovered, located them and stole their powers.[1]

Notes
- Celia Windward was created by Steve Englehart and Joe Staton, first appearing in Millennium #2. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Celia Windward first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Absolute Power: Task Force VII #6 by Stephanie Williams and Khary Randolph.
- Although Jet was deceased in her first post-Flashpoint appearance, Absolute Power: Task Force VII #6, she appeared alive without explanation in the subsequent issue of the same series.
- Both issues also feature the absorption of Jet's powers, under incompatible circumstances.
