Cenotaph was a minor crook of little renown.

History

Cenotaph was imprisoned beneath Bludhaven by O.M.A.C. Units. He escaped after they were shut down and his fellow prisoners killed the unfortunate people who had been converted into the units and now lay helpless and senseless in the halls of their illegal prison.

Following his escape, Cenotaph attacked Robin, Ragman, and Blue Devil while spouting his name and the source of his powers and was defeated and imprisoned once more.
