Synopsis for "Twelve Million Years to Twilight"

Lucas Lawspeaker can read Deadman's thoughts, and tells him to rest assured, as the rebels he leads will perform a devastating attack on the Sunset Lords to save his friends, overthrow the tyrannical government and stop the invasion into the 20th century.

Prof is almost overwhelmed inside the Challenger's Mountain, but Red comes back at the last moment to help him and rejoin the team. Together they defeat the monsters and relay all the information they learned to the JLA and other heroes, so they can defeat the invasion worldwide.

In the future Lawspeaker's forces and the Challengers decimate the army of the Sunset Lords, and Swamp Thing defeats the Persuader robot, the strongest asset in the enemy army. The Lords decide to blow up the city, from their tower where they are safe, but Rip switches on them and neutralizes the high council. He was possessed by Deadman, but now that the Lords no longer control him, Rip can go back to normal.

Our heroes bid farewell to Lawspeaker and go back home, leaving a great impression on the future world.
