Notes
- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the DC Extended Universe and is an adaptation of Kite-Man. The original character was created by Bill Finger and Dick Sprang and first appeared in Batman #133.
- The mention of Kite-Man was later reused in the "Previously in DCU" recap of Peacemaker season 2 episode "The Ties That Grind", which now took place in the DCU.
- Peacemaker creator James Gunn originally wanted Kite-Man to be part of the Task Force X, however instead he used the Polka-Dot Man into the story after he came to the conclusion that the character had been used so often.[2]
