History

Charles Nigaff was a Psychologist at Arkham Asylum who also took young adult patients who were looking for therapy. His non-Asylum patients included Jason Todd (briefly), Francisco Ramirez, Chris Ward, Nicholas Ward, Lance Heart, Monica Brennan, and Troy Hubbs-King all of whom excluding the first two Nigaff convinced to run away to join "Batman's soldiers" and then got addicted to Venom.
