Charles Rowland is a dry and curt ghost who founded the Dead Boy Detective Agency along with Edwin Payne. He helped Larry Trainor and Dorothy Spinner resurrect the Doom Patrol.
History
Origins
At some point, Charles died of hypothermia in a lake, but he never officially crossed over the Afterlife when he died. Death eventually came to take Charles, but rather than passing on, he chose to stay with the ghost Edwin Payne on Earth. They later formed the Dead Boy Detective Agency and befriended Crystal Palace after saving her from a demon.[1]
